Tyre Patches

The Vulcaflex HB Tire Patches feature innovative hybrid application technology for use in the cold cure system with Vulcaflex HB Vulcanizing Cement or the hot cure system with Vulcaflex Colaflex. They are smaller, lighter and more resistant, built with layers of nylon plies arranged in the same direction as the structural ply of the radial tire.

Vulcaflex patches for cold vulcanization are now available in a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) film, an 100% recyclable material.

The thicker thermoflexible plastic film provides greater protection and preservation for the chemical properties of the self-vulcanizing layer.

It offers the patch greater resistance to adverse environmental conditions, such as light, humidity, dust, among others.

The QL version is ready to use (with bonding), optimizing the application, making it faster and safer, avoiding contact with the surface of the tyre patch and possible contamination.

REC Tyre Patches: Indicated in repairs of radial passenger and cargo tyres.

REC (OTR) Tyre Patches: Indicated in repairs for radial off-road tyres

HB Tire Patches: Indicated in repairs for both bias-ply and radial tires, for use in the cold cure system or the hot cure system.

REC (PN) Tyre Patches: Indicated for repairs of radial tyres in passenger cars, load and OTR vehicles.

REC Agricultural Tire Patches: Indicated in repairs for radial agricultural tires.

VF / VFS Tyre Patches: For bias ply, passenger and load vehicle tyre repairs. VFS: for application on damages to the sides of the tyre.

VFT / VFTS Tyre Patches: For bias ply tyres of earthmovers. VFT: for application in the tread and shoulder area. VFTS: for the sides.

VFA Tyre Patches: For bias ply tyres for agricultural use.

Combined Tire Patches: Indicated in repairs for passenger vehicles, light-duty pick-up trucks, trucks and tractors, whether radial or bias ply vehicles.
